-you and your partner will complete 60 total alt Curtis P’s (is a jerk)
*1 power clean/front rack lunge on each leg/push jerk

-every 3 minutes one partner must run 100m while the other partner does 2 wall crawls (each 3 min you will alt this work
-whomever completes the eery 3 min work first can start right on the bar work.
