CrossFit Ohana is a place where any fitness level can come in and forge elite fitness! True to our name, we promote and believe in family fitness. In Hawaii, Family extends to whomever you love and loves you back. So bring your Ohana, friends and co-workers who want to give CrossFit a try. If you are (for now) solo in your fitness journey, come on in, because we are building our CrossFit Ohana, one person at a time! We always have room for one more! Everyone is on their own path in life and in fitness. We understand this, respect this and train to this. CrossFit movements are infinitely scaleable. We welcome all levels of fitness: beginner through advanced and everyone in between.

Head Coach, Darren Savella is CrossFit Level 2 Trainer Certified, has successfully completed the CrossFit Movement and Mobility Trainer Course, CrossFit Weightlifting Course, USAW Certified Sports Performance Coach, CrossFit Kids Certified and formerly Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM).
